01 General Provisions

tck33 (bundles tck33.cam) ("Platform", "we", "us") is an online entertainment service operated for Bangladeshi players. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and tck33 and govern all aspects of your use of our services.

tck33 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes indicates that you have accepted the updated terms. We therefore recommend that you visit this page regularly.

These terms apply to the Bangladesh market only. Users from other countries are responsible for checking their own local laws before using our services.

02 Eligibility and Age Requirements

To participate on the tck33 platform, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

• You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age — for those aged 21 and above only.
• You must be an adult capable of making independent decisions.
• All information provided when creating your account must be accurate and complete.
• You may only operate one account in your name.
• You are not enrolled in any program that restricts you from gambling due to a mental health condition.

If tck33 determines that a user created an account while under the age of 21, that account will be closed immediately and any associated deposited funds may be forfeited.

03 Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration Process

To open an account with tck33, you must provide true and accurate personal information. Your name, date of birth, mobile number, and preferred payment method must be entered correctly at the time of registration.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all of them will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.
• tck33 will not be held liable if your account is hacked as a result of your own negligence in sharing your details.

04 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

Payment methods currently supported on the tck33 platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100 (one hundred taka).

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, this time may increase during the verification process.

• Withdrawal requests must be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold in cases of suspicious activity.
• tck33 follows anti-money laundering policies and may request additional documents when necessary.

4.3 Transaction Verification

For large withdrawal amounts, a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process may need to be completed. In such cases, a copy of a national identity card, passport, or driving licence may be requested.

05 Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at tck33 have the opportunity to receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳2,500 will give you a total balance of ৳7,500.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus offers apply once per player.
• Bonuses may have a specific validity period — please see the offer details.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses through multiple accounts will result in account closure.
• VIP cashback bonuses are awarded at three levels: Bronze — up to 0.3% cashback per week; Silver — up to 0.5% cashback per week; Gold — up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• tck33 reserves the right to modify or cancel the bonus program at any time.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse includes — using multiple accounts, using false identities, or employing equal or opposing betting strategies. If such activity is detected, the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

06 Gaming Policy and Fair Play

All games on tck33 are operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which makes every outcome completely random and impartial.

6.1 Gaming Limits

• Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits.
• Players can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to a server error or internet connection problem, tck33 will attempt to restore the game from its last saved state. If that is not possible, the wagered amount will be refunded.

6.3 Game Providers

tck33 offers content from various reputable game providers, including Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Microgaming, and NetEnt. The terms and conditions of these providers may also apply.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tck33 platform:

• Fraud and Manipulation: Attempting to alter game outcomes, exploiting software vulnerabilities, or trying to win by dishonest means.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of laundering illegal funds.
• Bots and Automation: Playing with the aid of automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one account belonging to the same person.
• Third-Party Payments: Using a payment method that is not registered in your own name.
• Hacking and Cyber Attacks: Attempting unauthorized access to the system.

If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, the account will be permanently closed immediately and all deposited funds and winnings may be forfeited.

08 Account Closure and Restrictions

8.1 Closure at the Player's Request

You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. Any active bonuses will be cancelled before the account is closed, and the available balance can be withdrawn through the normal withdrawal process.

8.2 Closure at the Platform's Initiative

tck33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Any breach of these terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Failure to meet the age requirement or eligibility conditions.
• Suspicious financial activity.
• Instructions from law enforcement authorities.

8.3 Self-Exclusion
